Happy Friday! I cannot tell you how glad I am that it’s the weekend. But I’m flashing back to last weekend when my sister and Mom went to Napa for the day! It feels like I’ve seen and done all the Napa wineries so I wanted to venture out a little and explore St. Helena. It’s about 25 minutes away from Napa and I will definitely be back! I found some totally perfect picturesque wineries. I opted for a blush midi dress which was totally perfect. My cardigan is from Tommy Hilfiger, ballet flats are DSW!
First up on the list was Frog’s Leap Winery. We had a picnic on some benches and walked around the gorgeous grounds with Abigail the winery pup following close behind. She was definitely one of the highlights of our afternoon. Even though I mostly came to this winery because of how pretty it was, the wine was one of the best I’ve tasted. We were so giggly after a couple glasses of wine, thank god we had our driver (my sissy)! Then we were off to the next winery.
Our next stop was Nickel and Nickel Winery. We actually didn’t have a reservation to wine taste at this winery but being nice will get you far! We walked in and was greeted by the most lovely man who actually gave us a free tasting. We left with the most delicious bottle of wine and also got to explore the grounds a little. I cannot recommend this winery enough, behind the white fences are horses frolicking through a field and the grounds covered with flowers. It was something out of a fairy tale for sure. We also stopped at Napa Cellars, which also blew our socks off. After the third winery we were done and grabbed some ice cream before heading home.
I would love to hear some of your favorite spots for wine tasting! Comment below or on my latest Instagram!
